How to Optimize Your Facebook Page for Graph Search [Infographic]

A few months back, Facebook introduced a new and more comprehensive way to search on Facebook: Graph Search.

Why does this matter? Well, as Facebook increasingly tries to rule the interwebz, they want you to go less and less to your browser (ie google) for information, and instead, remain inside Facebook as much as possible.

If they can make it easy for you to find what you’re looking for, as long as you’re on Facebook anyway…

As a business, you should optimize your Facebook page to make it come up in search, kind of like SEO for Facebook. Here’s a great infographic that helps you to do just that.

  1. Well right now Facebook searches don’t find company pages for organizations that I have already liked. When they have something simple like that figured out, then we can talk seriously about Facebook as a replacement for Google.
